- EveryCure plans to publish drug-versus-disease scores globally within one year, prioritizing high-scoring matches for monthly outreach to relevant patient organizations and utilizing normalized data rather than specific disease requests to identify opportunities.
- EveryCure intends to leverage its medical team to evaluate top-scoring drug-disease pairs to determine necessary next steps, such as additional lab data, clinical trials, or dissemination efforts, while targeting low-hanging fruit across the entire disease spectrum.
- Regarding repurposed therapies, EveryCure aims to secure insurance coverage for inexpensive generics off-label based on clinical evidence and seeks FDA label changes, whereas CURE HHG anticipates completing enrollment of 80 participants for a pazopanib trial by the end of the next month and may pursue FDA approval for a 75 mg dose if results are successful.
