The presentation aims to address the state's transition to a high-risk hydrologic environment by discussing integrated solutions for agricultural adaptation, groundwater regulation, and urban conservation technologies like direct potable reuse. Participants will examine how market mechanisms and infrastructure investments, such as the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, can bolster resilience against escalating water volatility without relying on single silver-bullet solutions.
