AI's Role in Hiring Humans | Plural x Metaview | RAISE Summit 2026

Pierre-Dimitri Gore-Coty, Siadhal Magos

MetaView transforms unstructured recruiting data into actionable insights for an $800 billion market by deploying its core AI workspace and the autonomous "Fillmore" agent to serve both startups and enterprises. The platform builds defensibility through compounding proprietary hiring data and a relentless focus on placement outcomes, enabling small teams to scale hiring capacity globally while removing historical human constraints. This technology shifts the industry toward a dual-role future where humans manage AI orchestration and high-EQ relationship building rather than manual screening.
