Panelists from Stanford, GNS Healthcare, and Amgen demonstrated how deep learning algorithms now match human dermatologists in image classification while causal modeling predicts treatment responses to accelerate precision medicine. Despite current limitations regarding data quality, algorithmic bias, and regulatory hurdles, these advancements aim to bridge rural care gaps and eventually substitute traditional clinical trials with robust in-silico simulations.
