Simultaneously, legal frameworks in jurisdictions such as the UAE and UK are classifying digital assets as a distinct form of property, enabling the tokenization of trillions of dollars in traditional illiquid assets onto blockchain rails. This regulatory evolution, paired with the rise of stablecoins as primary treasury instruments, is forcing traditional capital markets to adopt 24/7 trading models and modernize legacy infrastructure to meet the demands of a crypto-native generation.
